What to Expect from Us

  • Every patient can contact the practice in person, by telephone, via our website, or using the NHS App during core hours (8:00 am–6:30 pm, Monday–Friday)
  • We will consider your request for an appointment or medical advice and let you know what will happen. We will not simply ask you to ring back the next day

What Patients Can Expect

  • If needed, we may offer an appointment, phone call, text, direct you to a pharmacy, or another NHS service—depending on your clinical needs
  • We strive to offer continuity of care; for example, we may schedule you with the same clinician if appropriate
  • If you need additional support, such as longer appointments, a quiet room, wheelchair access, or information in alternative formats, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Registration and Access Rights

  • We cannot refuse registration based on immigration status, lack of proof of address, or any protected characteristic; if registration is declined, we will provide a written explanation within 14 days

How You Can Help

  • Please try to arrive on time for your appointment—or cancel or reschedule ahead of time if you’re unable to attend.
  • If you’re able to use the NHS App or our website for tasks like repeat prescriptions, or test results, that helps reduce waiting times and frees up phone lines for others
  • Consider joining our Patient Participation Group to get involved with practice improvements

Giving Feedback or Raising a Concern

  • If you have any feedback or concerns, please speak to a member of our Management team first
  • You may also contact Healthwatch or your local Integrated Care Board (ICB) for assistance
  • If necessary, we will address matters via our formal complaints process, and let you know if that’s the appropriate route
