District Nurses - The District Nursing Team is based at the Practice and provide a service to patients who are housebound. They are in close touch daily with the Practice clinical staff and with the hospital doctors.

Clinical Pharmacist - We have Lisa Ricketts - clinical pharmacist - working from the Surgery.  She is able to conduct medication reviews and may be in touch with you from time to time to discuss your medication.

ACPs - Are Advanced Clinical Practitioners who work predominantly with the elderly patient group at the Surgery.
